The Movement for Peace -MPDL- implements through the department of International Action our commitment to combat poverty and social inequality in a wide range of developing countries.

We work in Latin America (The Caribbean, Central America and South America), Balkans, Middle East and Africa (Maghreb and sub-Saharan Africa), promoting economic and social progress through the active participation of recipients of our actions.

Development cooperation absorbs the bulk of our resources, working towards peace building through respect to human rights and income generation.

Also, Humanitarian Action falls within our work, continually carried out in Sahara, the Middle East and Colombia, as well as attending to crises caused by natural disasters such as the earthquake in Peru in 2007.

Codevelopment is another of our areas of intervention, by intervention in the home countries of immigration, in order to improve their skills and potential.
